Making an Appointment
When we first discuss your requirements, usually over the phone we try to formalise a brief and spec of the type of piece you are looking for in order to arrange a time to meet at our office in the London Diamond Bourse. This enables us to prepare for your first appointment. During this appointment we discuss stones, browse catalogues and decide the exact specification and details together ensuring that you are absolutely clear and above all happy with your decision. We will also take all the necessary measurements to determine the size of your special piece.
Once this stage has been reached and the designs agreed we will ask for a 50% non refundable deposit, you will be required to sign our Terms & Conditions, a copy of which you will receive. We will complete your order and arrange another meeting for final fitting and checking. Once this stage is complete we can finish off your piece and present it to you. At this point we would expect to receive the outstanding balance.
We are of course on hand for any after sales service which maybe necessary either to alter the size or to enhance the piece further at a later date. |
