Other Services

As well as designing and making our own jewellery, and showcasing the work of selected contemporary jewellery designers & makers whose work we admire, we also offer other services, such as redesigning clients' own jewellery.

Re-designing

This involves breaking down the unwanted pieces into their component parts (metal and stones). We can then use these to create a completely new piece of jewellery.

Often we combine several pieces to make one more substantial piece, but sometimes we break a large elaborate piece and transform it into several smaller, more wearable pieces.

Valuations

When we sell a piece of jewellery we automatically provide a valuation for insurance free of charge. We also carry out Insurance Valuations on other jewellery. We charge 1% of the total value, plus V.A.T. (£11.75 per £1,000 of value).

Insurance Claims

Should you be unfortunate enough to accidentally damage or lose a piece of jewellery, or even suffer a burglary, we can guide you through the process of making a claim. Your insurance company will almost certainly want a written estimate to replace or repair.
