Payment & Delivery
Payment
Prices are quoted in (£) Pounds Sterling and are including delivery within the UK. All orders will be subject to a delivery charge outside of the UK. Payment must be made in full before orders can be released. The ownership of goods remains with Joseph Sterling until paid in full. If we find that we have to re-present a cheque payment or credit card payment and is in arrears, the Joseph Sterling has the right to charge interest to overdue balances at 5% above Royal Bank of Scotland's base rate per annum on a daily basis.
We accept payment in the following forms:

Delivery
We will use our best endeavours to comply with any date given or requested but time for delivery is not guaranteed unless specially agreed in writing to be the essence of the contract. In the absence of such special agreement we accept no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage of any nature and howsoever arising which may be suffered by the Customer as a result of any failure on the part of Joseph Sterling to deliver goods within the dates or periods mentioned in the contract. Any shortages should be notified 5 days from the date the order was received.
1. In the event of any suspension of work owing to strikes, lockouts, disputes, breakdowns, accidents or force, deliveries may be wholly or partially suspended until such time as work is resumed.
2. Joseph Sterling will replace or correct free of charge goods damaged in transit providing we receive written notification of such damage within 7 days of the date of delivery but not otherwise.
3. Joseph Sterling does not accept or have a returns policy for Bespoke Jewellery as this is designed to a client specification.
4. Joseph Sterling reserves the right not to accept returns.

All Commissioned rings will need a deposit of 50% of the total full amount. Your deposit of 50% is non-refundable as this is used by us to buy the materials for your ring, which we cannot re-use.
This does not affect your statutory rights. |
